Data Science Lead

Enumerate is hiring an experienced Data Science Lead. This role will oversee the data strategy for the company, aligning data initiatives with business goals and product priorities. This role will have a strong focus on data governance, analytics and AI / ML. This is a remote position within the US. All candidates must be able to work EST hours.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the overall data strategy for the company, aligning data initiatives with business goals and product priorities.
• Manage a small team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement a data governance framework, including policies for data ownership, stewardship, lineage, and quality.
• Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to translate analytical needs into data models, infrastructure, and workflows.
• Serve as the data domain expert, advising executives on emerging trends in data science, AI, and analytics.
