We are on the lookout for a Title Processing Specialist with a background in title processing and strong customer service skills. You will play an integral role in our dedicated title team, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring accurate title processing. In this position, your expertise will be crucial in achieving exceptional outcomes, and we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle title processing combined with a strong customer-first mindset.
You Are :
Detail-oriented. You will carefully process vehicle titles, ensuring correctness and marketability.Proactive. You possess a self-starting attitude and can thrive independently with minimal supervision.An excellent communicator. You have strong written and verbal skills for effective interactions with customers and colleagues.You Will :
Handle incoming title issues responsively and thoroughly via email, text, and phone.Ensure all title challenges are resolved comprehensively or escalated to the appropriate department.Process vehicle titles from various states, meticulously verifying their accuracy and marketability.Collaborate with relevant agencies, customers, and lienholders to resolve title issues efficiently.Ensure titles are dispatched to buying dealers promptly.Must-Haves :
3+ years of experience in vehicle title processing.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in problem-solving and a knack for identifying successful outcomes.Able to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues or escalate them appropriately.Nice-to-Haves :
