$450 to $480 per hour
About The Position
Seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist to provide 24-hour hospital-based coverage on a 7-on / 7-off schedule across two campuses in Atlantic City, NJ. This role requires proficiency in both diagnostic and advanced GI procedures, with coverage including daytime hospital consults and overnight call.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide inpatient consultations and perform GI procedures including colonoscopy, endoscopy, and advanced interventions like ERCP and EUS.
- Cover 24-hour shifts during assigned 7-day rotations, including weekends and overnight call.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR.
- Collaborate with hospital staff across two campuses to ensure high-quality GI care.
- Respond to emergent GI cases, manage complex inpatient GI issues, and ensure continuity of care during assigned
Shift : Schedule : Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Overnight Call : 5 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM
Weekend coverage is included in rotation
