What You'll Do

As a key member of the Litecure production team, you will help drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. This role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is based at the DFW Distribution Center.

Job Title : Production Assembly Technician

Location : DFW Distribution Center

Business Unit : Recovery Sciences

High-Level Position Summary : The Production Assembly Technician performs moderate manufacturing / operations tasks, including assembly, testing, inspection, and processing of in-process and finished goods. You will follow work instructions and test procedures, package finished goods per the bill of materials, and collaborate with QA to test, document, and report quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices using hand tools and cable management; follow work instructions, blueprints, and schematics for accurate assembly
• Inspect medical lasers, devices, and accessories; manufacture / kitting of lasers and other devices
• Transact manufacturing orders and QA checks via an ERP system
• Collaborate with QA to investigate, sample, and document issues
• Perform rework, repair, and quality testing on parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies
• Use programs to collect and evaluate operating data for on-line adjustments
• Assist with tests and experiments; operate and maintain equipment as directed
• Understand quality methodologies; sustain a safe and clean working environment
• Follow SOPs and processing schedules; collaborate across functions
• Other duties as directed by the supervisor
