Job description

House Cleaner / Housekeeping Professional

Location : Metamora, MI

Hours : 20–35 per week | No nights, weekends, or holidays

Pay : $14.00 – $19.00 / hr + tips, bonuses, and benefits

Experience : No experience required – we’ll train you!

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Hourly Pay : $14.00–$19.00 / hr, based on experience, quality, and speed

    • What You’ll Do :

  • Clean customer homes using the Molly Maid proven process
  • Deliver high-quality service with attention to detail
  • Provide friendly, professional customer communication
  • Work in a variety of homes and settings

    • Team Lead responsibilities (if applicable) :

  • Safely drive a team vehicle to and from customer homes
  • Manage team schedules and supplies
  • Maintain cleaning equipment

    • Requirements :

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing)
  • High school diploma or GED Availability Monday–Friday, 7 : 30am–4 : 30pm
