This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around Dallas, TX and able to work 1st Shift scheduled 6AM-2 : 30PM with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs.
The Role : Fulfillment Center Lead
The Fulfillment Center Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations across wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting functions. This role sets the pace for the team, ensures adherence to SOPs, and drives performance and accuracy. The Lead trains, supervises, and motivates team members while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

What You've Done :
Earned a high school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations
1+ years of previous lead or supervisory role in a warehouse setting
Gained proficiency in warehouse management systems and operational SOPs
Nice to Haves :
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Experience with kitting or product rework operations
Familiarity with Cart.com systems and workflows
