State Licensed Senior Corporate Attorney

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Attorney to handle legal issues related to commercial lines auto products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product design, implementation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance for commercial lines auto products

Provide state-level product design support to product managers as a strategic legal partner

Conduct legal research and provide guidance on insurance product-related legal matters

Required Qualifications

Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) with a minimum of five years of post-degree legal practice experience

Active license to practice law in at least one state

Experience in commercial lines or personal lines auto product design and insurance regulatory matters

Experience drafting and reviewing policy forms and endorsements for commercial lines or personal lines auto insurance

Experience working with state departments of insurance on rate, rule, and form filings
