Organ Placement Specialist CNAT

A company is looking for an Organ Placement Specialist CNAT- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Screen organ offers against transplant center specific criteria and respond to incoming organ offers

Conduct medical interviews with wait-listed transplant patients and document wellness checks

Coordinate communication between transplant centers, OPOs, and other medical staff regarding organ offers and recipient information

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D

3 years of medical background or training (e.g., EMT, Paramedic, LPN, RN, EMS dispatcher)

2+ years in the field of organ donation preferred

CTP, CCTC, and / or CPTC certifications preferred

Completion of coursework related to Human Anatomy and Physiology preferred
