Responsibilities :
- Provides crisis intervention services to assigned consumers
- Performs crisis intervention, clinical assessments, risk assessments, diagnosis and intakes
- Develops effective service plans and provides consumer with the appropriate referrals to any required services
- Manages consumer caseload and ensures all clinical and administrative documentation adheres to the program’s standards
- Provides direct assistance and clinical support to consumers
- Collaborates with treatment team and performs on call duties on a rotating basis
Qualifications
MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or related fieldPrevious experience with the SPMI populationLicensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New JerseyValid Driver’s LicensePay
$55,000 - $57,000
Shift
Tuesday through Saturday, two evenings 1pm-9pm, two day shifts 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-5pm
