Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead strategy and execution across ecommerce and lead generation accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage campaign builds, optimizations, pacing, and reporting for active ecommerce accounts
Lead end-to-end management of Google Ads & Microsoft / Bing Ads, developing full-funnel paid media plans
Mentor at least two direct reports while collaborating with cross-channel teams to enhance media strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Paid Media experience with advanced expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft / Bing Ads
Proven success managing ecommerce accounts and seasonal / holiday campaigns
Experience managing monthly budgets of $50K-$500K across multiple clients
Strong technical expertise in GA4, GMC, and GTM; familiarity with Looker Studio preferred
Ability to balance hands-on strategy and execution with leadership and mentorship responsibilities
