Description :
Unit : Home based care.
Certifications : Speech certifications preferred.
Electronic Medical Record : Cerner.
Rehabilitation Aides and PT / OT Assistants may be present.
Weekend Requirement : Every third weekend.
Holiday Requirement : Minor holidays; major holidays only if needed.
Uniform : Business attire with a white lab coat, no jeans.
Common diagnoses : Orthopedic conditions, strokes, spinal injuries.
Candidates must have experience with Oasis, a government-mandated form.
Experience working in a home health setting is preferred.
