We are looking for a highly experienced, Senior level Hotel Chief Engineer for our portfolio of properties. This position will be working at multiple properties on challenging and high level projects throughout New England; some overnight travel will be involved. Ideal candidates will have experience with many different aspects of maintenance, including Pools, HVAC, Refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and everything else!
Roving Chief Engineer Qualifications :
- 5+ years as a Maintenance manager / Chief engineer / Director of Facilities for a Full Service Hotel
- Experience with HVAC
- Experience with Pools and Spas, CPO preferred
- Experience with Commercial kitchen and equipment
- Experience with project management
- Experience soliciting bids from contractors and overseeing their work
- Experience creating CapEx project proposals and estimates
- Out-of-Box thinker and problem solver!
