Luxury multifamily owner / builder is looking for an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to oversee the ground-up construction of a 400-unit, midrise multifamily project in the Austin area. The position will supervise superintendents and oversee all aspects of the project from dirt work to C / O.

To be qualified you must have at least 10 years of construction experience with at 5 in ground-up multifamily construction and at least 3 full years of experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager for multifamily residential properties.
