We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician, proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish, to join our dynamic healthcare team. This physician will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional medical care to our pediatric patients. What You'll Do :

Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, family dynamics, and individual needs
Collaborate with the patient s family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient s health progress
Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data
Refer to specialists when appropriate
Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals

Qualifications :

Successful completion of pediatrics residency program

Board eligible / Board certified

Unrestricted California Physician License

Current BLS, ACLS certification

Current California DEA certificate prior to start date

Proficiency with EMRs

Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions :

This position is located in Southern California in the cities of the San Gabriel Valley, including Alhambra, Pasadena, Arcadia, City of Industry, Monterey Park, West Covina, Riverside, and more!

The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $220,000 $320,000 annually. This pay range represents our national target range for this role. Actual compensation will be evaluated based on skillsets, experience, and other factors.

This is a full-time position. Consideration can be made for part-time employment.
