Drywall Estimator

Job Title

Gpac, a 30+ year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the construction industry. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are experienced in estimating commercial drywall projects.

Position Responsibilities

• Estimate materials, labor, and costs for commercial drywall projects
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate estimates
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to create detailed estimates
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and make recommendations for project bids
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

Position Essential Job Functions

Strong knowledge of commercial drywall construction practices and materials

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Position Skills

2-5 years of experience estimating commercial drywall projects

Salary range : $90,000 - $110,000

Locally owned company with full benefits package
