Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Yelm, WA, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students. This contract position runs through the next school year (NSY) and offers an opportunity to work in an educational environment focused on behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities :

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
• Assist in developing and revising behavioral goals and strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to support student needs
• Maintain a positive and structured learning environment for students with behavioral challenges
