What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for individuals on site.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.

Observe and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and / or potential threats to property management and Allied Universal as required.

Assist visitors and tenants by answering questions and providing directions or information as needed.

Work collaboratively with property management and Allied Universal team members to support site operations and security-related initiatives.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, patrols, and security-related incidents encountered during the shift.

Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and property management to support the overall security-related objectives of the location.
