🔹 Start Date : 12 / 20 / 2025

🔹 Duration : 13 weeks

🔹 Shift : Days – 5x8s (8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM)

🔹 Setting : Outpatient / Ambulatory Spine Clinic

REQUIREMENTS

Experience :

2 years LVN / LPN experience (Required)

Outpatient / ambulatory experience preferred

Orthopedics experience a plus

Traveler experience not required

MA state LPN license in hand (Required)

Certifications :

BLS (Required)

Skills – Required :

Medication reconciliation

Pain assessment & management

Patient health history / allergies

Communication of patient status changes to RN / MD

Skills – Preferred :

Orthopedics

Ambulation support

Telephone communication in clinic setting

ROLE SUMMARY

Work in an outpatient spine clinic supporting adult patients

Assist with patient assessments and clinic flow

Support diagnoses such as cervical / lumbar spondylosis, stenosis, disk disease, osteoporosis, compression fractures, sciatica, scoliosis, spinal tumors, and more

Perform suture and staple removal

Daily patient volume : Approx. 140 visits / day
