Job description2+ years of supervisory or assistant manager experience (hospitality, food service, or retail) Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Experience managing staff, inventory, food safety, and guest satisfaction Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment POS and basic computer skills Lead daily pre-shift meetings to align team goals Oversee front-of-house operations and guest service Ensure health, safety, and food handling compliance Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll accuracy Support training, feedback, and development for team members Experience in QSR or fast casual dining Familiarity with delivery platforms and online ordering Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus Passion for food service and hospitality leadership
