Job Overview :

We are seeking fresh graduates and entry-level talent with a background in analytics—whether business analytics, data analytics, or a related discipline—to join our Customer Success department. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers, manage global clients, and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Note : This is not a typical 9-5 role . With global teams and clients, you'll work rotational shifts to provide exceptional support and collaboration across time zones.

Who We're Looking For :

• Fresh Graduates : Candidates with a degree in business analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
• Non-Degree Applicants : We welcome applications from motivated individuals without a degree who can demonstrate analytical skills and a passion for client success.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated—someone who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
