A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant in Madison, WI or Cedar Rapids, IA.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of change management strategies and project plans

Conduct assessments and develop targeted communication, training, and engagement strategies

Oversee change management teams, monitor progress, and provide updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

Proven experience in Organizational Change Management

Prosci or CCMP Certification strongly preferred

Successful completion of enterprise-level change management projects

Bachelor's degree required
