You'll be responsible for high-quality rough and finish installations, while also mentoring apprentices and possibly running a small crew. Key Responsibilities

• Perform rough-in and finish electrical work in commercial and retail environments
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
• Install conduit, wiring, lighting systems, and switchgear
• Work safely on lifts, ladders, and at heights
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with project leads and coordinate small crews (2-5 electricians, if applicable)
• Mentor and train apprentice electricians in field practices and safety standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
