The firm is looking to bring on a Tax Senior who can grow with the team and eventually take on an ownership role in the future. This is a unique succession opportunity for someone who not only has strong tax skills but also has the drive to step into leadership and ownership over time.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Provide payroll and bookkeeping support to clients
• Assist with client advisory and support services
• Partner with leadership on workflow and firm management
• Build toward long-term leadership and ownership of the firm
