Our company is on the hunt for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in the Food Manufacturing industry. This is a position for a professional who is passionate about people, performance, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Organizational Performance, Performance Management, Investigations, and HRIS Systems. This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our company's most valuable asset : our people.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Nurture a positive working environment.
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
12. Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
13. Continually knowledge of industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Qualifications :
1. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
2. People-oriented and results-driven.
3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
9. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
10. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
11. Proficient with HRIS and other HR related software and systems.
12. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
13. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
14. Proven experience in managing employee relations, labor relations, organizational performance, performance management, and investigations.
15. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
16. Ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the company while keeping a keen focus on the company's strategic goals.
