eDiscovery Forensic Consultant

A company is looking for an eDiscovery Forensic Consultant to support litigation matters and compliance investigations remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute defensible collections of electronically stored information (ESI) from Microsoft 365 environments

Conduct custodial interviews to identify relevant data sources and maintain legal hold management

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure project deadlines are met

Required Qualifications :

5-7+ years of experience in eDiscovery or digital forensics

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, especially Purview and Exchange

Direct experience with Relativity or similar review platforms

Experienced with secure data transfer protocols like SFTP

Familiarity with corporate data networks and file share structures
