Job Coaching Support – Flexibility Required

- Flexible Hours : Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to support the schedules of the individuals in the program.
- Job Coaching : Provide direct job coaching support to individuals in the community.
- Employment Assistance : Assist individuals in obtaining employment.
- Mileage Reimbursement : Mileage will be reimbursed for using your vehicle as needed.

Scheduled Hours :
Typically, 35 hours per week, schedule subject to flexibility

Train, supervise, and support individuals at their worksites, following the worksite's dress code, vaccination requirements, and policies.Adapt equipment and / or job responsibilities to maximize the potential of the individuals receiving services.Attentive to the safety of all individuals; ensure the proper use of equipment.Provide job development support for individuals receiving services, including resume writing, interview support, and completing job applications.Provide transportation for individuals, in certain circumstances, utilizing their vehicle or CCARC vehicle.Maintain accurate and comprehensive data collection, including but not limited to daily data collection, reports, and attendance.Attend, participate in, and provide reports and information for Individual Plan (IP) meetings or any other meetings related to the assigned caseload.Act as a primary liaison between any employment site and CCARC, promoting the individuals' inclusion at the site(s), developing and maintaining all pertinent records related to the site(s), and providing training to the business to increase natural support for the hired individual.Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with various community organizations, venues, and businesses to provide meaningful opportunities for inclusion and / or job placement.Essential Functions Continued :
Information relevant to individuals' payroll, as federal and State Wage and Hour Rules and Regulations require.Ensure all information is updated in Therap for individuals on caseload.Maintain regular contact and communication with the manager / designee regarding individual and staff issues, concerns, and updates.Serve as a mentor / role model to all individuals and reinforce best practices.Implement various employment service delivery models following each program's guidelines and individuals' Contract Service Agreement.Obtain and maintain Customized Employment Certification.Attend program-based training, in-services, and Communities of Practice, as appropriate.As appropriate, assist the Employment Department in outreach, networking, marketing, and referral events.Other Related Responsibilities :
Maintain good daily attendance (days of absence, illness).Create a personal work schedule that captures maximum support hours for all individuals in the program.Cooperative, versatile, and works as a team member.Ability to work responsibly when working alone.Maintain all annual training / certifications.Complete all other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Director of the Department.The above statements describe the general nature and level of work. Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
High School Diploma / GEDMinimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilitiesMust have a valid driver's license and be insured by an agency carrier.Must complete the Agency's Employee TrainingCertification and training, including but not limited to Customized Employment, CPR, First Aid, PMT (Psychological / Physical Management Training), and DDS Medication Administration.Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.Experience with Microsoft products, use of email, and Therap preferred.Physical Requirements :
Persons in this job must possess the physical and emotional health needed for effective and efficient completion of duties. Must be able to walk, stand, or be seated for more than 4 hours at a time, stoop, twist, and / or bend at the waist, lift above the head, and lift more than 50 lbs. when necessary. Must safely work indoors and / or in hot, cold, and slippery conditions.Pay Rate : $19.38 per hour
