OTR Driver (Dedicated Route)

Salary : $87,000 per year

Schedule : Sunday evening Friday (5 overnights per week)

We re looking for a reliable, safety-focused, and experienced OTR Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you ll operate on a dedicated route , transporting freight safely and efficiently across the country. We take pride in maintaining high standards for safety, professionalism, and driver satisfaction.

What You ll Do

Transport freight across the country safely and on schedule

Operate primarily on a dedicated route (90% no-touch, drop & hook)

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance

Secure all cargo properly and maintain accurate delivery records

Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate routes and updates

Follow all DOT regulations , traffic laws, and company policies

Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly

Maintain a clean, organized vehicle at all times

What We re Looking For

Valid CDL (Class A)

Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience

Clean driving record with a strong safety record

Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check

Excellent communication and time-management skills

Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the job

Schedule & Work Environment

Set schedule : Sunday evening to Friday

Five overnight stays per week

Exposure to a variety of weather and road conditions

Primarily no-touch freight
