We are a busy dermatology / aesthetic practice office in North County San Diego. Our practice is a professional, positive, and team-oriented environment. We are seeking a Medical Assistant for our busy practice. This is a full time position. Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm daily with weekends off. We offer Medical and dental benefits as well as 401K.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, the Medical Assistant will be responsible for supporting healthcare providers, preparing patients for examinations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant certification
• Dermatology or Plastic surgery experience a plus
• Able to handle 25-50 patients a day with a team of 4
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records (EHR)
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
