Responsibilities

• 4G and 5G oRAN CUS and M plane integration activity between various manufacturers oRAN conventional Radio units and OEMs oRAN distributed unit.
• Extensive experience in understanding radio 3GPP 36.104, 37.104 and 38.104 specifications.
• Well versed with O-RAN Alliance Working Group 4 Control, User, Synchronization and Management Plane specifications.
• Good working knowledge of transmitter, receiver and RET testing.
• Prepare test specifications and test procedures.
• Create a test report with compliance matrix.
• Good understanding of end-to-end O-RAN and core functionality i.e. core network, L1, L2, L3, EMS and OSS.
• Work closely with multiple teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Solid understanding and use of radio test equipment (spectrum analyzer, signal generator, vector network analyzer, oscilloscope, etc.).
• In-depth experience in RF systems testing for LTE and 5G standards.
• Thorough understanding of mobile industry testing solutions and technology evolution.
• Preparing test specifications and documentation.
• Experience in Radio Remote Head sub-systems.
