Job description

Job Title

Position provides oversight, direction and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at assigned jobsite to ensure adherence to contractual objectives. Position supervises and coordinates activities of skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds at assigned jobsite.

Responsibilities include :

  • Perform O & M Management administration functions
  • Monitor management plans to accomplish contractual objectives
  • Schedule work to be performed
  • Submit monthly progress reports
  • Manage contract resources and monitor budgets
  • Ensure safety of all personnel on job
  • Conduct training of staff and safety meetings
  • Research and address customer and employee complaints
  • Perform maintenance of HVAC systems and contract management tasks

Education, Experience, and Certification :

  • High School
  • 5 Years of experience servicing and / or renovating commercial buildings
  • 5 Years of experience in a healthcare business occupancy medical facility
  • CHFM Certification

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Technically qualified in Healthcare Facilities Management
  • Knowledge of codes and standards applicable to O&M tasks
  • Skilled in operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire, and security systems
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and PPE procedures
  • Ability to conduct accident investigations and safety inspections
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills

    • People Management : Yes

    Travel Requirements : Up to 20%
