Job Title
Position provides oversight, direction and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at assigned jobsite to ensure adherence to contractual objectives. Position supervises and coordinates activities of skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds at assigned jobsite.
Responsibilities include :
- Perform O & M Management administration functions
- Monitor management plans to accomplish contractual objectives
- Schedule work to be performed
- Submit monthly progress reports
- Manage contract resources and monitor budgets
- Ensure safety of all personnel on job
- Conduct training of staff and safety meetings
- Research and address customer and employee complaints
- Perform maintenance of HVAC systems and contract management tasks
Education, Experience, and Certification :
High School5 Years of experience servicing and / or renovating commercial buildings5 Years of experience in a healthcare business occupancy medical facilityCHFM CertificationKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Technically qualified in Healthcare Facilities ManagementKnowledge of codes and standards applicable to O&M tasksSkilled in operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire, and security systemsKnowledge of OSHA safety regulations and PPE proceduresAbility to conduct accident investigations and safety inspectionsStrong written and oral communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skillsPeople Management : Yes
Travel Requirements : Up to 20%
