Accountabilities :
- Design, build, and operate enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows for provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management using scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and tools like Azure Automation Runbooks.
- Integrate and support enterprise systems to ensure secure data exchange, interoperability, and operational consistency.
- Enhance infrastructure and security architectures in line with organizational standards and zero-trust principles.
- Define technical specifications, solutions, and operational procedures following ITIL and change management best practices.
- Oversee backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes, ensuring RTO / RPO objectives are met and procedures are documented.
- Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and respond to critical alerts to maintain reliability and performance.
- Perform maintenance activities, patching, upgrades, and migrations while minimizing operational disruption.
- Research emerging technologies, recommend improvements, and implement innovative infrastructure solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT teams, improving practices and deepening expertise.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles with responsibility for enterprise-scale systems.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Expert-level knowledge of cloud operations across Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.Hands-on expertise in automation, scripting, and lifecycle management for enterprise systems.Strong experience with device, identity, and access management across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.Solid foundation in IT service management, change control, and operational continuity.Administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and related tools.Proficiency in enterprise networking, including DNS, WAF, VPNs, and cloud networking (AWS VPC, EC2, Transit Gateway, CloudFront).Strong system design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and documentation skills.Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across IT and business teams.Benefits
