Customer Service Representative

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is growing! We have opportunities in our customer service department for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals! You will use your strategic customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers. This is a great role for those who are self-starting and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service.
• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
• Generate business by calling current and past customers.
• Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
• Make recommendations according to customer's needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® best practices.
• Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.
• Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service skills, sales, and problem-solving.
• Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization, and time management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new programs.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• A minimum of one year of inside sales or customer service is required. Outside sales and/or TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or moving industry experience is preferred.
