Program Management Support Specialist
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Program Management Support (International Acquisitions) Specialist to join our team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in St. Louis, Missouri. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting international acquisition activities across the full program lifecycleensuring mission success through expert program management, acquisition support, and stakeholder coordination. You will serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership, providing expertise in cost, schedule, performance, acquisition, and readiness to strengthen NGA's international partnerships and mission outcomes.
Responsibilities as a Program Management Support Specialist include :
- Providing program management support across the acquisition lifecycle, including Source Selection Proposals, Task Order Proposals, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and Requests for Change (RFCs).
- Advising the Program Manager on Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities for new system initiations.
- Monitoring and tracking program issues, risks, and opportunities with focus on cost, schedule, and performance.
- Delivering input to ECPs, budgets, and other program documentation in support of mission requirements.
- Supporting the development of system CONOPS, architectures, requirements, and technical documentation.
- Facilitating coordination and technical exchanges between prime contractors, stakeholders, and NGA segments.
- Participating in technical exchange meetings (TEMs), readiness reviews, and program management reviews.
- Providing SME-level input at design, development, testing, and operational reviews.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly integrated into enterprise solutions.
- Supporting international partner engagement, assessing opportunities for participation in future NSG capabilities.
- Assisting with Certification and Accreditation activities in coordination with NGA security and OCIO.
- Planning, coordinating, and supporting test activities, validation, and transition of new capabilities into operations.
- Preparing detailed technical reports, briefing materials, and recommendations to support program leadership.
Qualifications :
Active TS / SCI clearance (CI Polygraph preferred).8 years of total experience with at least 6 years specialized in program management or acquisition.Proven experience supporting government acquisition programs.Strong understanding of program lifecycle management, readiness, and performance monitoring.Ability to work collaboratively with government, contractors, and international stakeholders.Desired Qualifications :Knowledge of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) mission and contributions to the Intelligence Community.Familiarity with NGA processes, systems engineering, acquisition, configuration management, readiness, and security.Understanding of NGA requirements processes for Non-State Entities (NSEs) and Crisis Action Teams (NCATs).Experience with NSG and ASG architectures.Familiarity with NGA ISP / ASP Model and NGA / TI Programs.
