Production Workforce Manager (Project)
You will serve as a PRODUCTION WORKFORCE MANAGER (PROJECT) in the Production Resources Department of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities include managing overall project manning requirements, developing and implementing customized, fiscally responsible workforce plans, maintaining awareness of changes in project plans and allocated resources, gathering, analyzing, and inputting information and data, applying quantitative and qualitative methods, creating written project plans and status reports, collaborating and communicating across boundaries, and advising stakeholders on corrective actions necessary to maintain project objectives.
Requirements : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate analyzing and evaluating production workforce plans and resources to manage production requirements within resource constraints and sustain the execution of ship and submarine repair and maintenance projects.
