Job descriptionMaster’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work. Active AZ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD). At least 3 years of clinical experience, including supervision or team leadership. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match
Therapist Supervisor
Position : Full-Time
Location : Glendale, Arizona
Salary : $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Job Summary :
We’re seeking an experienced Therapist Supervisor to oversee therapists providing direct client care in a behavioral health setting. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining clinical excellence through structured supervision, documentation review, and staff support.
Responsibilities :
- Offer individual and group supervision to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians.
- Review case files and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Provide feedback and support for therapist development.
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures and state regulations.
- Support clinical onboarding and training initiatives.
