Schedule : Monday – Friday | 5x8s | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Weekend Requirement : One weekend every other month

HumanEdge Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an outpatient rehabilitation team in Syracuse, NY . This role focuses on comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Position Overview :

As an SLP, you will work with a diverse caseload in an outpatient setting, collaborating with medical teams and families to support patient progress. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who thrive in structured, patient-centered environments and enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

Schedule and manage therapy sessions effectively

Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on therapy strategies and conditions

Prepare documentation and reports; communicate with referral sources and treatment agencies

Contribute to program development and participate in community outreach or departmental initiatives

Required Qualifications :

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active New York State SLP license

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or equivalent

Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
