Test Automation Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Test Automation Lead for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. You will design and implement enterprise-level automation strategies while managing test data and ensuring early, frequent testing through DevOps integration.

Rate Range : $49 / hour to $64 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Test Automation Lead job responsibilities include :

• Design and implement enterprise-level automation strategies, frameworks, and reusable test suites for over 300 applications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Tosca and Selenium, ensuring early and frequent testing through DevOps integration.
• Manage test data needs using TDM and automation, and prepare test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver QA activities, including Accessibility Testing and Robotic Process Automation.
• Provide technical guidance, pseudo code, and mentorship to development teams and junior QA members.
• Analyze industry trends, propose process enhancements, and act as a liaison between business and technical teams for new implementations and support projects.

Pay Details : $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
