Photographer Job at Luxe Realty Photography in Tucson

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to a motivated individual who has a passion for photography and enjoys flexible work hours. We are seeking photographers to capture and produce interior / exterior photos of residential properties for our real estate clients. If you have experience in photography, a Part 107 Drone License, great work ethic, and value working in a respectful work environment then we would like to hear from you!

Our sessions are scheduled 6 days a week, throughout Tucson and its surrounding areas. Employment is contingent upon background check. After training, photographers will be able to enjoy flexible hours, based on their availability. Photographers are required to photograph, at minimum, 4 properties a week.

Training Pay : $15 / hr

Regular Pay : $30 / hr

This is a W2 Position with accrued PTO

Photographer Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to Luxe brand guidelines for lighting, photo composition, angles, image quality, etc.
• Capture exceptional photographs that highlight the architectural elements, interior design, and overall ambiance of each property’s interior & exterior
• Travel to and from properties
• Communicate effectively with agents / homeowners and team members to ensure a seamless photography process
• Clock in and out in a timely manner
• Upload raws to google drive daily
• Keep lenses and equipment clean and well maintained
• Follow workplace dress code : clean and well groomed with Luxe polo and tan, black, or dark gray slacks.
• Ensure interactions with clients are professional, courteous, and appropriate
