Extend and govern the enterprise design system for consistency and scalability across tools

Required Qualifications

10+ years of professional product design experience, including 5 years in enterprise or complex system design

Expertise in designing dashboards and data visualizations

Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs

Experience with design systems and creating reusable patterns

Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
