Job Title : Integrated Marketing Manager
Location : Universal City, CA (HYBRID)
Duration : 6 Months
Role Summary
This role supports the SVP and two VPs of Integrated Marketing, contributing to the development and execution of custom integrated content for approximately 12-15 theatrical film releases annually. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, creative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee timelines, track key deadlines, coordinate asset delivery, and manage post-production workflows to ensure seamless execution across campaigns.
Facilitate the distribution of film assets and marketing materials to internal teams and external partners.
Maintain department decks, records, and systems including :
Integrated Marketing department presentation deck
Create presentation materials for filmmakers and brand partners.
Track and manage production budgets; process invoices and ensure timely payments.
Liaise with internal departments such as media, digital, publicity, creative advertising, research, legal, music, and brand partnerships.
Coordinate pre-shoot logistics with partners
