Lead Delivery Driver (Box Truck)

Join our team as a Lead Driver , where you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily load management and ensuring the accurate, efficient dispatch of all dedicated drivers in the facility. You’ll train and support both new and experienced transportation associates, helping drive consistency and operational excellence. This role involves operating a company or rental vehicle as part of the regular work week. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), which will be continuously monitored.

This role requires :

• Experience delivering directly to customers using a box truck or similar vehicle (26-foot box truck preferred).
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• No more than 2 minor accidents in the past rolling 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past rolling 3 years.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements, including drug testing and ongoing MVR monitoring (Clearinghouse).
