Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an associate with 3 to 7 years of litigation experience to join our client's Construction Litigation Practice Group.

• The associate will work closely with 2 Board Certified Construction partners who represent a wide variety of clients in complex, large-dollar construction disputes.
• The ideal candidate will love being in the courtroom and can cover hearings and depositions independently.
• Top academic credentials and excellent litigation skills is highly preferred.
• The candidate will work in a collaborative environment and must be organized, diligent, and comfortable in court.
• This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic construction litigation practice where one can gain responsibility, client interaction, and trial experience.
• Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar.
• Candidate must have relevant complex litigation experience, ideally with a focus on Construction matters.
• This is an in-office position based in either our client's Tampa or Orlando offices.
