About You

You are a fully licensed psychiatrist holding a valid DEA or CDS number , ANCC board certification , NPI number , and have malpractice insurance .

You wish to start or grow your private practice while maintaining control over your schedule, client load, and work environment.

We accept the following licenses based on state regulations : MD / DO .

This position is classified as a 1099 independent contractor role, offering you complete autonomy over your practice, including your hours and caseload management.

Currently, Headway supports only fully licensed mental health professionals. If your application was denied due to incomplete licensure, you may reapply once you possess a valid license.
