Job descriptionAssociate Degree in Nursing (Required) Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred) 1 year of RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program Current RN license (compact / multistate or state of employment) Work in an acute inpatient setting, including weekend, holiday, and on-call shifts Provide clinical direction and professional nursing care in an acute inpatient setting Assess patients, develop individualized plans of care, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Maintain compliance with safety protocols, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education
