Job Brief

We are seeking a forward-thinking E-Learning Developer with a passion for AI-driven learning experiences and a strong understanding of telecom hardware and software . This role blends instructional design expertise with emerging technologies to create impactful digital learning solutions. The ideal candidate will also serve as a thought leader , driving innovation and sharing best practices across the organization and industry.

Key Responsibilities

Core E-Learning Development

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Rise.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to convert complex telecom concepts into engaging learning content.
• Integrate multimedia elements (video, audio, simulations) to enhance learner engagement.
• Ensure SCORM / xAPI compliance and LMS compatibility.
• Conduct usability testing and implement feedback-driven improvements.
• Create content in multiple formats including : videos, animations, storyboards, scripts, eLearning modules, instructor-led trainings / workshops, and job aids.
• Expertly manages complex portfolio of projects. Prioritizes and completes tasks efficiently, ensuring all milestones are met.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to : specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $83,813 to $119,733 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
