Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments via ACH and credit card
• Perform account reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities related to AR
• Manage collections : follow up on overdue accounts, resolve disputes, maintain accurate records
• Serve as backup to the receptionist
• Direct incoming calls and inquiries
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
