What You'll Do?

As a Servpro Apprentice Restoration Technician, you will report to the Production Manager and will be on the road responding to floods, fires and other types of restoration and mitigation situations. You will manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes. During your day, you will respond to service calls, set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for each job, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. As you become a leader on our team, you will follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. And as a professional in the field, you will communicate with our office team and establish relationships with our commercial, insurance, and residential customers. As a front-line representative of SERVPRO Brand, the Restoration Technician demonstrates to customers and clients the company's Here to Help Commitment.

Responsibilities

Who You Are?

We are looking for an aspiring leader and team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of restoration, construction, landscaping or similar experience, a strong work ethic, a willingness to get dirty and great communication skills.

Compensation : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
