The Opportunity

Apply your expertise in analytics and proven ability to drive the next stage of growth at Adobe. As a member of Global Payments and Billing business team at Adobe you will use power of data to understand subscription business define strategy measure progress toward goals and uncover new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical skills and a relentless passion to drive our payments strategy and improve payments approval rates across multiple geographies and products.

What Youll Do

• Perform large data analysis to understand payments performance provide practical insights and identify opportunities for growth
• Partner with various internal teams including Product Treasury Finance Payment Operations Risk Operations Analytics and Regional Businesses to derive measurable insights that drive customer acquisition and retention
• Generate hypotheses that will drive experiment design and build cases to explore revenue impact for each opportunity prioritized on the roadmap
• Provide measurement strategy and data requirements prior to each project perform analysis on experiment test and build compelling data stories that drive action
• Identify implement and enhance payment strategies that improve subscription payment success rates and customer acquisition and retention (approval rates at checkout and approval rates for our recurring subscription payments).
• Engage with various payments vendors to use external data analytics source and stay current on evolving industry trends to uncover new opportunities strategies

What Youll Need to Succeed

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $37.00 $50.00 hourly.
