Locums NP / PA Family Practice Clinic Only WA Why This Role Inpatient Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner coverage within a psychiatric facility Consistent 0.6 FTE schedule with manageable patient load Supportive team environment Assignment Details Practice Setting : Inpatient (psychiatric facility) Schedule : 0.6 FTE (24 hours weekly) Shift Details : Tue / Thu / Fri (4.8 hrs per day); Wed (9.6 hrs) Patient Load : 4â€"6 per shift Beds per Unit : 35 (provider covers one floor) EMR : Epic Support Staff : RNs, psychiatric providers, and ancillary staff Procedures : Minimal; outpatient-level primary care expectations Requirements Washington license DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority BLS (AHA) Experience in family practice, geriatrics, or young adult populations Preferred : Experience with mentally ill or psychiatric patient populations Compensation Rates : Facility is accepting bids Malpractice : Provided Travel : Reimbursed
