Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 310 South Creek Drive location in Manteno, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve performance goals and provide excellent customer service
- Manage staff scheduling, including creating work schedules and assigning tasks
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members
- Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Fill in for the store manager when necessary
Qualifications
